Watch for trip information on the bulletin and power point slides or attend information meeting or call or e-mail the contact person. Details of dates, costs, activities and travel tips are provided to those participating. |

FILL OUT THE MISSION TRIP APPLICATION FORM |
Submit an accomplished application form. |

GO FOR AN INTERVIEW |
In order to help you be an effective member of the team, you would be asked several key questions that are important to the success of the trip project. |

DECIDE TO GO |
Make the commitment to go. Let the contact person know about your decision. |
| 6. |
GET PASSPORT & VISA |
Secure the necessary documents and apply for your VISA if required. |
| 7. |
ATTEND TRAINING MEETINGS |
Participation in the pre-trip training will prepare you personally and help build unity among the team members. |
| 8. |
SEEK SUPPORT |
Share your decision with your small group. Ask their prayer support, and if necessary ask them to help you financially. |
| 9. |
ATTEND THE COMMISIONING SERVICE |
At the commissioning service, scheduled usually on the last Sunday before the team leaves, the team would be presented to the church and a brief explanation on the purpose and dates of the trip would be given. |

GO AND SERVE |
Bring the things you will need for the trip. Go and be focused on the mission you have called to do. |
| 11. |
COME HOME |
You may want to bring home souvenirs from the host country as symbols of memories, but don’t forget to take home the stories and experiences God has given you during the trip. |

ATTEND THE CELEBRATION SERVICE |
People will be challenged and encouraged as God uses your testimonies. Give a report also to your small group and other people you asked for support. |
