Welcome to Our TBC Returnees Fellowship’s Web Site!
Thank you for your interest in our Returnees Fellowship at Tokyo Baptist Church (TBC)!
Our fellowship is a TBC-certified fellowship group. We now have approximately 150 people
who have registered as our members. Our purpose is to support Japanese returnees
(seekers/believers) who have cross-cultural background to get connected with TBC so that
they become active members and grow spiritually to be prepared to serve God. Our
fellowship’s desire is to be used by God as His vessel to encourage them and to build
relationships by personal care and follow-up.
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds.
Let us not give up on meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but
let us encourage one another - and all the more as you see the Day approaching"
(Hebrew 10:24-25)
“But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you
have turned back, strengthen your brothers” (Luke 22:32).
Our main activities are two:
1) bi-monthly gathering called "Returnees Fellowship Mixed Roots" and
2) newly formed weekly "Returnees Fellowship Small Group."
First, at our Returnees Fellowship Mixed Roots (RFMR), we usually meet at our host's place and
have lunch together. We invite a guest speaker to share a testimony for us, and later we are
divided into small groups and discuss the testimony. Occasionally, we enjoy other activities such
as picnic at a park and sports games. These gatherings help new members to get connected with
Christian friends, and through them they can stay in touch with God here in Japan. Also, we just
started a small group called
Returnees Fellowship Small Group (RFSG) in December, 2005. Through Bible study, we would like to
1) assist one another with spiritual growth,
2) nurture team spirit in Him, and
3) help each other to be leaders of various Christian activities in Japan and elsewhere.

東京バプティスト教会（TBC）に所属する私たちのリターニーズフェローシップへご興味をお持ち
いただきありがとうございます。 私たちのフェローシップはTBCに認定されているフェロー シップ
グループです。現在約１５０名の方々がメンバーとして登録してくださっています。
私たちの目的は、国際経験を持っていらっしゃる日本人帰国者（求道者或いは信仰者）の方々を
サポートし、TBCに参加していただきアクティブなメンバーとして神様に仕えるように、霊的に成長
を遂げていただくことにあります。私たちフェローシップの願いは、神様に管として使われ、帰国者
の方々を応援し、パーソナルケアとフォローアップによってお互いに関係を築くことにあります。
「また、互いに勧め合って、愛と善行を促すように注意し合おうではありませんか。ある人々のように
いっしょに集まることをやめたりしないで、かえって励まし合い、かの日が近づいているのを見て、
ますますそうしようではありませんか」 （ヘブル人への手紙１０：２４−２５）
「しかし、わたしは、あなたの信仰がなくならないように、あなたのために祈りました。
だからあなたは、立ち直ったら、兄弟たちを力づけてやりなさい」 （ルカの福音書２２：３２）
私たちの活動は２つあります。
１つ目は、２ヶ月に一回の「ミックスルーツ」という集会。
２つ目は、新しく始まった毎週の「リタニーズフェローシップスモールグループ」です。
はじめに、ミックスルーツ（RFMR）では、ホストの家をお借りして、皆とランチを楽しみます。
ゲストスピーカーをお招きし証をしていただき、そのあとでスモールグループに別れディスカッション
します。時々、他の活動（例えば、公園でピクニック、スポーツなどのアクティビティ）を行います。
これらの集会は、新しいメンバーの方々と他のクリスチャンの友達との交わりを深め、それによって
主イエスとここ日本でつながるようにお手伝いしています。
また、２００５年１２月にスモールグループ（RFSG）を始めました。
聖書の学びを通して
１）お互いの霊的な成長を助け合う
２）主に根ざしたチームワーク精神を養う
３）国内外を問わず奉仕活動で活躍するリーダーとなるようにお互いに助け合う
ことができればと思っております。
