Welcome to TBC Children Ministry
TBC provides not only worship services for adults but also many programs for children. Please feel free to take your child(ren) to Children Ministry’s programs.
Children Church
We have worship services for children every Sunday (9:00am-10:30am and 11:00am-12:30p) In the children’s church, we have the preschool program and the elementary school-aged program. The preschool program is for children 3 years old to 5 years old. Our elementary program is for children 6 years old to 10 years old. The class year begins in September, For those of you bringing your children to church for the first time, the preschool meets in room 9 in the basement and the elementary classes meet in room302 on the third floor. Please register your children in those rooms. Please bring your children to the respective rooms 15 minutes before the services begin. And for those attending the 9am service, please be sure to pick up your children by 10:45 and for those attending the 11am service, by 12:45. The study materials will be the same in the 9am and the 11am children’s church. Please note that children should attend only one service.
Nursery
Nursery care is provided for small children aged 0 to 2 years old. It is available during all adult services and is located in the basement, in the nursery room.
First Step Class
We invite kids ages 8-10 to attend this class with a parent to learn about Salvation and Baptism in a fun and interesting way. First Step Director and helpers assist kids to understand the role that Jesus has in our lives and how to make a commitment to Him. They will also explain how being baptized shows others their commitment to God.
Kid’s Praise Team “One Voice”
This Team has many exciting goals up ahead! Our aim is to teach them how to work together as a team while learning how to be ministers for Christ. The kids on this team are between the ages of 8-10, and must be a Christian. Their main purpose will mainly be to lead the worship songs for Children’s Church for all ages. There will also be times they will sing for special occasions. 1:00pm Every Sunday.
AWANA
Fridays. September – June 6:40 PM AWANA is a ministry whose goal is to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and to train them to serve Jesus. To achieve that goal, AWANA has three segments: game time, handbook time and council (story) time. Children from Age 3-12 can join the AWANA club.
